1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery time: 5–7 business days
    Cost: $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery time: 2–3 business days
    Cost: $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping:
    Delivery time: 1 business day
    Cost: $19.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the tracking link provided.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Clair only offers shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping services to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!


6. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $19.99

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.


7. Order Issues or Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


9. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
