1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and unworn (excluding try-ons).
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please note that returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website, www.clairees.store.
2. How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend using a service that provides a tracking number for your protection).
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will send out the replacement item as soon as the original item is returned and inspected. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Late Returns
We can only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that fall outside of this period.
